為確保人權之平等及自由行使，避免因國情不同與語言障礙，致有房屋租賃歧視情事發生，本會倫理規範已明定經紀業及經紀人員、租服業、租賃住宅管理人員及從業人員執行業務時，不得有一切形式種族歧視之行為。
為落實「消除一切種族歧視國際公約(ICERD)」精神，設置中英文併列之種族歧視申訴管道。
To ensure equal and free exercise of human rights, and to prevent housing rental discrimination caused by differences in national conditions and language barriers, this Association’s Code of Ethics has explicitly stipulated that real estate brokerage firms, brokers, rental service providers, residential rental management personnel, and practitioners shall not engage in any form of racial discrimination when performing their duties.
To implement the spirit of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), a bilingual (Chinese-English) complaint mechanism for racial discrimination has been established.
